Metal Toad's commitment to diversity is one of the biggest reasons I was drawn to the company. I sincerely appreciate Randi and the rest of the Toad's efforts to close the gender and diversity gap and am looking forward to see how we push forward this initiative in the future. Also big props to taking the discussion deeper into protected classes and where diversity might crop up where one wouldn't expect.
