It Begins

Let me start by introducing myself to those of you who may not know me. My name is John Anthony Hartman and I recently joined @Metaltoad in Business Development / Account Management. Until recently I ran my own agency called feedia. While running my own agency over the years has been an amazing experience this new path forward is rich with opportunity and extends my ability to serve my clients in a much greater capacity.

I am amazed by the quality of the projects that the team at Metal Toad Media has executed. The fact they are actually implementing "build once and launch everywhere" excites me and fits with my passion for building cross media content. I now know without a shadow of a doubt that we can tackle projects on a BIG scale and have the resources and experiences to execute at a very high level.

The quote above rings true to me. I really believe a plan is the key to success. I also see the beginning as the time when a tone is set and a course is laid out. With that in mind I would like to set my trajectory off in the right direction and make a commitment to strive to:

• learn from an amazing team and to share my knowledge
• value and respect our clients and partners
• create amazing work that has an impact

I look forward to our journey together and know that we can build great things when we start with a well formulated plan, a smart creative team and a desire to lead by example.
