The approach is simple: no pressure, just opportunity. Each team member is encouraged to schedule their exam and explore how AI can transform the cloud and how we think, work, and deliver value to our clients.

This is more than a certification. It’s a collective mindset shift. By embracing AI together, we’re ensuring that every Toad,  across all roles and regions,  has a shared foundation to innovate with confidence.
