Metal Toad Media is looking for a web project manager to join our team. You will work on exciting new web-based LAMP application ranging from internal projects, to small e-commerce clients to custom applications for Verizon and other publicly traded companies.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering project requirements
• Working with developer to create project documentation
• Maintaining project documentation
• Ensuring project quality

Required skills:

• 1(+) years of management experience (can be retail, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented personality

In addition to the required skills above, the following is a list of skills that aren't strictly requirements but are big pluses:

• Project management experience
• Web development experience
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (XP, etc)
• Read the book the Mythical Man-Month
