A third of my business comes from doing custom programming services. Every week, I used to be faced with the daunting task of invoicing and managing billable hours using an accounting software package which was tedious, inflexible, and time-consuming. The Toad (as we lovingly call it around here) changed all that. Instead of spending 2-3 hours per week on invoicing, I spend about 15 minutes feeding the Toad.
